About
I am a qualified Transperonal Therapist, specialising in maladaptive habits and behaviours, including binge eating and emotional eating. I bring both clinical training and deeply personal lived experience to my work. My approach is grounded not only in professional study, but in my personal practice as a Zen mindfulness practitioner in the Plum Village tradition.
I hold a degree in Public Communication and a Graduate Diploma in Transpersonal Therapy, with further training in RAIN and MBSR Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I have a professional background in the communications industry, where for over 20 years I had the privilege of working with and coaching globally respected leaders - these experiences continue to shape my appreciation for human resilience, insight, and transformation.
My work is grounded in a mindfulness-informed framework, with a focus on cultivating understanding, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. I give clients the tools to develop a more sustainable, balanced, and compassionate relationship with food so they can start living and focus on the things they love.
